CANADIAN COPS BEAT UP INNOCENT MAN

KHTY TV and News - Canadian former footballer among cops accused of using false welfare check on an innocent man with no mental health issues, to allegedly create two fraudulent charges against him, and to beat him up.

Ben Thomas of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, an innocent man, was wrongfully arrested and physically attacked by Edmonton City Police. This and the subsequent events are part of a concerning alleged planned attack against Mr. Thomas by some cops, including a well-known, former Edmonton Eskimo’s footballer player. City police had been harassing Mr. Thomas for quite some time, especially as he had been previously homeless.

Mr. Thomas was sedated after being punched with handcuffs by one of the cops that attended his home on March 2, 2025. Despite repeatedly telling the officers that they had the wrong person, even after speaking to his mother and sister, the police ignored this. It appears that the officers, including Edmonton’s top cop, Constable Robert Brown, a former football star, fabricated a story of Mr. Thomas being paranoid and unclean as a reason to arrest him under the mental health form 10, and then further fabricated charges for which Mr. Thomas has to appear on March 24, 2025, at Edmonton’s downtown criminal courts.

Mr. Thomas’ mother is assisting her injured son in seeking to file a formal complaint against the officers, including Brown. She has also had issues with the same police service, having been punished for reporting crimes, including those against herself and her youngest child.

Mr. Thomas suffered a split lip, facial cuts, and a broken front tooth, making talking and eating painful. His jaw now clicks and locks, which it never did before.

The family has promised to use every legal redress at their disposal. However, most legal remedies are not available to those without substantial money in Canada. This may be part of the reason that Canadian police, authorities, and others have gotten away with so many crimes against innocent people in the past and continue to do so.

Brown and his colleagues allegedly used Mr. Thomas’ claims that his sister and brother-in-law had been trying to blackmail him as evidence of paranoia. After being attacked by the cops, Mr. Thomas was forcibly sedated against his will, wrongly arrested, forcibly confined, and kept sedated at the Royal Alexander Hospital in the city’s west end.

Mr. Thomas will miss his first day of work at his new job, thanks to excessive force and wilful attack perpetrated by the city’s police. His mother said today that her son is in shock.

“He sobbed over the phone, barely able to speak.”, Mr. Thomas’ mother said, “Our family will stop at nothing within the boundaries of local, provincial, federal, and international law to bring these cops to justice. Our son and our family have had enough abuse and discrimination in Canada. We are sick of it!”
