Six Rugby Team of Seven Players fight each other in a Rugby Snow Tournament , promoting humour, friendship and sharing values. Each team is composed of Five Former International Rugby players and 5 amateur rugbymen, all representing the colours of the 6 participating Ski Resort.
The participating Ski Resorts are : Les Ménuires (Les 3 Vallées, Savoie), Val Thorens (Les 3 Vallées, Savoie), Valmorel (Savoie), Les Contamines-Montjoie (HauteSavoie), La Clusaz (Haute-Savoie) and a 'finale' at The Top of Les Portes du Soleil à Châtel (Haute-Savoie).
The participating Ski Resorts are : Les Ménuires (Les 3 Vallées, Savoie), Val Thorens (Les 3 Vallées, Savoie), Valmorel (Savoie), Les Contamines-Montjoie (HauteSavoie), La Clusaz (Haute-Savoie) and a 'finale' at The Top of Les Portes du Soleil à Châtel (Haute-Savoie).
The 'Stars ' of international Rugby give the rythm animating in each Ski Resort, three Tournaments per day and exciting Third Halfs. This year, in the Guest List, we find retired Professionals, unexpected celebrities and also the coming of foreign Professionals : Jérôme Thion, Imanol Harinordoquy, Dimitri Yachvili and the British Mike Tindall...

Former international and non-professional rugby players will participate in the tournament that will take place across six ski resorts of Savoie & Haute Savoie.

Yann DELAIGUE, former international Rugby player (20 caps, 3 French Championships titles, one European Championship title) and already organizer of several Beach Rugby Tournaments, reiterates and creates with his partner, Stéphane ROUAULT, a new form of Rugby, the 'Snow Rugby'.
He had the idea for the 'Tournoi des 6 Stations' during Ski Holidays. Beyond the sport, Yann DELAIGUE realized first and foremost that rugby and mountain shared the same values : solidarity, team spirit, friendliness, respect and sharing. Rather than just a match, he had the idea to organize a proper tournament, inspired by the mythical 6 Nations Tournament, with teams composed of amateurs and former international players.
He had the idea for the 'Tournoi des 6 Stations' during Ski Holidays. A Press Conference was given in PARIS at the ORANGINA' Offices, on January 05, 2017 and another one will be given on January 10, 2017 in LONDON.
This year, the tournament will offer wellbeing workshops and warm ups to the audience along with 100% environmentally friendly activities. Some post-match celebrations previously reserved for rugby players will be open to all. More exchanges, themed evening, several activities in the village, everything is planned for the audience to enjoy their time.
